The charming, hilarious, and original new Broadway musical It Shoulda Been You, invites you to a wedding that you’ll never forget at Hampton Hill Theatre next March, where anything that can go wrong does, and love pops up in mysterious places.

This madcap musical comedy is a modern farce. In a world where nothing is what it seems, religions collide, Machiavellian plots are revealed, promises are broken, secrets are exposed, and hope springs from the most unlikely of places.

The bride is Jewish. The groom is Catholic. Her mother is a force of nature. His mother is a tempest in a cocktail shaker. And, when the bride’s ex-boyfriend crashes the party, the perfect wedding starts to unravel faster than you can whistle “Here Comes the Bride!”. It’s up to the sister of the bride to turn a tangled mess into happily ever after in this musical comedy.

Nominated for six Outer Critics Circle Awards, three Drama League Awards and three Drama Desk Awards, BROS Theatre Company is delighted to present this wonderful show as part of its 2020 schedule.

Here’s what the critics had to say…

“…this Broadway season’s freshest and funniest to date defies skepticism, both in its wacky humor and its big, buoyant heart.” – USA Today

“…the main reason to admire “Shoulda” is the frequency, quirkiness and heartiness of the laughs.” – Chicago Tribune
