Mathew Madeley

Mathew joined BROS back in 2014 after recently graduating and moving to London from his hometown in Sheffield. His first production was playing the titular role in Pippin and since then he has gone on to perform in numerous productions at Hampton Hill, Minack Theatre in Cornwall and at the prestigious Richmond Theatre.

Mathew became a member of the BROS committee in early 2016 in which he now acts as the company’s NODA liaison. In autumn 2016 he volunteered to form part of the sub-committee for the 2018 Richmond Theatre production.

His role as Carmen Ghia, the camp, common law assistant to Roger De Bris in Mel Brooks comedy The Producers has been his favourite part to date. He was nominated for a Arts Richmond SWAN Award for Best Supporting Male Actor in a Musical.
