Helen Lowe

Member Bio & Info

After making her BROS debut in Chess in 2005, Helen fell in love with the Minack theatre, firstly in the feisty Kiss Me Kate (2007)  and then in the dramatic and amazing Evita in 2009. After taking a break to have her son, she returned as a cartwheeling, high-kicking Cagelle in La Cage aux Folles, before returning to Cornwall for a fabulous production of Carousel (2015). She took on the role of membership secretary on the Committee in 2015, and, given her reputation for partying, added social secretary to her agenda. Her favourite part to date was playing the ditzy Hedy La Rue in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (2015), laughing her way through rehearsals with the hugely talented and funny cast. After goose-stepping and tapping her way through The Producers last year, Helen was delighted to return to the Minack for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels in May 17. Most recently, Helen played the role of Lisa in the incredible production of Made in Dagenham at Hampton Hill in October 17.
