Tickets for BROS’ next production, High Society, are now on sale, and with less than three weeks until opening night now is the time to buy!

BROS is returning to the stunning surroundings of Richmond Theatre for this all-singing, all-dancing extravaganza. If you want to re-live some of our past glories in this amazing theatre, why not check out our photos from 42nd Street (2015) or Oliver (2013) by visiting their show pages.

Our cast have been hard at work, rehearsing sizzling dance routines put together by choreographer Jennifer Moorhead, and our principals have been polishing their lines under the watchful eye of director Deb McDowell. And through it all, Musical Director Janet Simpson has been ensuring that there’s not a rogue note to be heard.

So what’s High Society about?

Well, if the name sounds familiar, then you’re likely thinking about the 1956 film starring Grace Kelly, Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra. The film was, in turn, based on the Phillip Barry play ‘The Philadelphia Story’.

It’s 1938 in Oyster Bay, Long Island, and a lavish wedding is about to take place. However, the unexpected arrival of her ex husband and a potential suitor means that for the bride-to-be, there’s a choice to be made.

With an irresistible Cole Porter score including sensational classics True Love, Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Let’s Misbehave, High Society offers a glimpse into the romances and dramas of the fashionable elite.
