Barnes and Richmond Theatre Company

BROS Theatre Company has performed high quality shows for over 100 years. Initially the comedy of Gilbert and Sullivan dominated the repertoire, making way to the great musicals of Rodgers and Hammerstein in the 1960s and onto the fabulous works of Cole Porter, Kander and Ebb and Stephen Sondheim, to name but a few. In recent years our shows have ranged widely from blockbusters to eclectic studio shows and new works.

Coming soon from BROS Our next performance...

BROS Theatre Company forthcoming productions

Our first show of 2012 is Into the Woods, 22nd-26th May 2012 at Hampton Hill Playhouse.

Into the Woods blends various familiar fairy tales with an original story of a childless Baker and his Wife, who attempt to reverse a curse on their family in order to have a child.
Our production is going to be set in a Blitz battered London in 1941, unashamedly giving the Regents Park child narrator device a Wizard of Oz spin. And if you want to know more about how that is all going to work, you’ll just have to come along to the presentation on the 5th of January.

The presentation evening is on Thursday 5th January 8.15 – 9.30 at St Michaels Hall

This coming Tuesday (January 10th) our venue, St Michael's, is unexpectedly unavailable and Vernon Hall is also not free, so we have had to change the venue for the coming Tuesday only to Raleigh Road United Church which is on the corner of Raleigh Road and Stanmore Gardens (image from google maps attached) opposite a block of flats called Finucane/Finnegan Court. Approximate Postcode is TW9 2HN.

It's just off the road between Richmond and Mortlake (A316) and walking distance from North Sheen Train Station.

If you have no transport Wes Henderson-Roe wil kindly ferry you from St Michael's.
